Ticu Constantin is a university professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iaşi, and teaches key courses in the field of organizational psychology at bachelor, master and doctoral level.

Project manager (3 international projects and 5 national projects) and member in 29 research projects, Ticu’s research interests have been focused, during the last years, on the analysis of individual and organizational factors that determine employer’s performance and satisfaction.

Ticu Constantin is author of over 66 articles published in trade magazines, of 8 scientific books (among which 3 volumes dedicated to the individual psychological evaluation) and over 60 papers presented at national and international conferences.

PhD supervisor since 2009 and Dean of the Doctoral School at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences since 2012, Ticu was awarded in 2010 with the 1st Price at the section “Professor of the university year” at national level in the context of the Gala of Awards in Education, 2nd Edition. Ticu Constantin is author of standardized procedures of organizational diagnosis (ECO System) and of a kit of standardized tools for personality evaluation.
